Carlos Perez, MBA
Lean Practitioner & Facilitator

Carlos has over 15 years of experience implementing Lean & Six Sigma improvement programs in the US and Latin America. He is a Management Black Belt, Workout® Facilitator, and has participated in numerous improvement events as the lead facilitator. He has a Lean Office Certification from the University of Michigan.

His work developing and leading improvement strategies has given him the knowledge of how a practical approach can achieve business goals. Carlos has executed successful improvement projects by focusing on "where the work gets done".

Carlos holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an MS in Environmental Toxicology from the University Of Rochester School Of Medicine, and a BS in Natural Science from the University of Puerto Rico.

He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
